Liv Morgan says huge 8-time WWE champion has retired; sends Seth Rollins and her a message minutes before SmackDown
Liv Morgan has made a statement that an eight-time WWE champion has retired from the company. She sent Seth Rollins and the star a message and left them a remark.
Becky Lynch was last seen in WWE during her feud against Liv Morgan. There, she lost her match to Morgan and lost her Women's World Championship to the star, thanks to interference from Dominik Mysterio. She went on to get a rematch against her, but it would not be easy for her. This time, it was inside a steel cage. Again, thanks to Dominik Mysterio smashing the steel cage door against her head, Lynch lost. The star, who has won eight women's titles on the main roster, stepped away from WWE and has not been seen since, with her deal with the company reportedly expiring.
She has since teased retiring but recently claimed that she wouldn't be going out, thanks to Dominik Mysterio. She has not, however, said when or if she will return, but given her declaration, it's expected she will.
However, in a comment on a post where Becky Lynch shared that she and Seth Rollins had taken their daughter Roux to the opening of Moana 2, Liv Morgan commented and said that Lynch had retired.
Morgan said she was glad Lynch was enjoying retirement. She then messaged the couple, saying that their daughter, Roux, looked beautiful.
"I’m so glad you’re enjoying retirement 🥹 Roux looks beautiful ✨," Morgan wrote.
With this being the case now, it remains to be seen how Lynch responds.
