Liv Morgan and WWE Hall of Famer both claim 37-year-old legend who last wrestled in May has retired; there is evidence!
WWE Superstar Liv Morgan and Hall of Famer Mark Henry recently claimed that a 37-year-old legendary wrestler has retired. The legend being referred to is Becky Lynch.
Lynch is one of the greatest names to ever step foot inside the squared circle. She has won several titles during her illustrious career and has been performing at the highest level for over a decade. The Man last competed on WWE television on the May 27, 2024, edition of RAW, where she locked horns with Liv Morgan for the Women's World Championship in a Steel Cage match.
However, after losing the bout, Big Time Becks went on a hiatus and her contract also expired in June 2024. Since then, Morgan has said on multiple occasions that she had retired Becky Lynch.
During the 2024 Busted Open Holiday Party, The Judgment Day star once again claimed the same thing about the legend while giving a speech about winning the Female Wrestler of the Year award.
Following her comments, WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry also seemingly confirmed that Morgan had retired Lynch, saying that everything the Women's World Champion said was true, even her comments about The Man.
"No, I mean you look at the accomplishments that she just ran down. You know, it's not bragging if you're telling the truth. Everything she said was true. From Becky Lynch all the way to her being the champion over 200 days. That don't happen by accident," Henry said. [24:25 - 24:45]

There is some evidence to Liv Morgan's claims as the 37-year-old recently made a public appearance under her real name, Rebecca Quin. It was the first time since May that Lynch was not addressed with her WWE ring name in the title of the video either.
Dutch Mantell believes WWE needs Becky Lynch and another absent star to return soon
During an edition of Story Time with Dutch Mantell, the wrestling veteran said that WWE needed to bring back Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair as their experience would help the creative team with good storylines.
"See, with the girls it's the same thing; you've got to tell a story in there somewhere. I mean, they've got a couple of stories going on. It's not as in-depth as the men. Most of these girls don't have the experience that the guys have because you don't have Charlotte Flair there anymore. Becky Lynch is out. These are your experienced women. When you take those out, you replace them with talent that's not as experienced, and creativity is limited to who they have," Mantell said.
It will be interesting to see what Becky Lynch has planned for her future in World Wrestling Entertainment.
