Logan Paul reveals important text conversation with John Cena; teases WWE return

WWE Superstars such as Logan Paul and John Cena could return in the coming weeks when the new year kicks off. Meanwhile, The Maverick recalled his important text conversation with The Leader of Cenation and teased a return.

A few years ago, Logan Paul made his WWE debut and eventually transitioned into wrestling regularly. The Maverick has looked up to several notable names, including John Cena, and recently shared an important text conversation on his podcast.

Speaking on ImPaulsive, the 29-year-old star detailed an important message from The Leader of Cenation stating one should not constantly compare their life with others. Moreover, he teased a return to the Stamford-based promotion as he recently filmed something new in his outfit.

"Actually, John Cena told me as well, randomly. I shot him a text on something, and he told me this: 'Comparison is the thief of joy,'" Paul said. (From 26:12 onwards)

He also added:

"Dude, we were shooting that thing yesterday. This was goofy, but I put on the outfit—my wrestling outfit. We were shooting, and I put on my WWE outfit, which I hadn't in a couple of months, and I felt good. I felt at home," Paul said. (From 30:36 onwards)

John Cena and Logan Paul could appear on WWE RAW in January

Earlier this year, it was revealed WWE had signed a multi-billion dollar deal with Netflix, as Monday Night RAW would make the global streaming platform its new home from January 2024. Many stars reacted to the news and expressed their interest in appearing on the first-ever show.

Meanwhile, John Cena's retirement tour is set to kick off in January 2025, and Monday Night RAW on Netflix is the first stop for The Leader of Cenation. Moreover, he'll appear a lot more in 2025 before the end of his final run in the coming year.

There's a high chance Logan Paul and John Cena cross paths on Netflix, as The Maverick previously expressed his interest in moving to the red brand. It'll be interesting to see what's next for both stars in 2025.
