Major Bloodline member and his fierce rival won't participate in WarGames match, predicts WWE analyst Sam Roberts

The OG Bloodline is expected to fight Solo Sikoa's group in a WarGames Match at WWE Survivor Series. WWE analyst Sam Roberts recently predicted that two major superstars will not participate in the highly anticipated clash.

After Jimmy Uso and his brother, Jey reunited with The Original Tribal Chief. Last Friday, the former Honorary Uce Sami Zayn also seemingly reconciled with the OG Bloodline as he helped them fight off Sikoa's faction. On his Notsam Wrestling podcast, Roberts addressed the potential WarGames Match participants, pointing out that Cody Rhodes and The Rock possibly wouldn't be part of it.

He said that it could be the regular five versus five clash. And as both teams now have four members, the 41-year-old discussed the possibility of The Rock joining Sikoa's team while his fierce rival, Cody Rhodes, fighting on the OG Bloodline's side. Nevertheless, the RAW Talk host explained why he does not see either Rhodes or The Rock joining the fray in the WarGames Match, despite it remaining a possibility.

"I don't see it happening. I don't see it happening for a couple of reasons. Number one, Cody's got his hands full right now between Kevin Owens and Randy Orton and everything else, being the WWE Champion, Cody's occupied. Furthermore, I don't see The Rock fighting in a WarGames match. I just, it's possible. It's totally possible. I'm not saying it won't happen. But in my opinion, I don't see The Rock coming back and wrestling in a WarGames match," he said. [24:23 - 24:51]

Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes recently addressed his relationship with The Rock

Earlier this year, The Rock initially returned to face his cousin, Roman Reigns, at The Show of Shows. However, those plans changed after fan backlash over Cody Rhodes' WrestleMania 40 status. Hence, The Final Boss turned heel and joined The Bloodline to feud with The American Nightmare heading into The Grandest Stage of Them All.

In a recent interview with Flagrant, Rhodes addressed his relationship with The Rock. Although he admitted they had "lingering tension," he denied having real-life beef with the WWE legend.

"[Do you guys have some beef behind the scenes?] No, I just, I think when a situation like that happens and it's very real about, 'Hey, these fans have made a choice' and, you know, it's very real, I think there's just a lingering tension perhaps. I universally love him. I grew up a Rock fan. No, I sincerely, I grew up a Rock fan. I say we're not the best of buddies. I think I'd like to be. But the reason I might say that is because I'd love to. We have yet to debrief on WrestleMania and what happened because I bet you his story is a little different," he said.

Before going on hiatus, The Rock warned Rhodes on RAW After WrestleMania 40 that he would go after him upon his comeback. At WWE Bad Blood, The Final Boss made a seemingly threatening cryptic gesture towards The American Nightmare, Roman Reigns, and Jimmy Uso.

It will be interesting to see if Rhodes and The Rock do end up squaring off in a one-on-one match in 2025, as many expect.
