Major grudge match announced for WWE SmackDown

WWE SmackDown is set to air live in just a few hours as the road to Survivor Series continues. The card for tonight is shaping up, and it appears Nick Aldis is putting on another action-packed episode. The SmackDown General Manager has just booked another grudge match for the show.

Tiffany Stratton and Nia Jax have dominated the blue brand women's division as of late, while also navigating their own internal issues. Ms. Money in the Bank and the WWE Women's Champion were joined by Candice LeRae last Friday as Jax retained over Naomi. The chaos saw Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez attack Women's Tag Team Champions Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill at one point, while Stratton and LeRae prevented Bayley from helping Naomi.

Stratton and the inaugural WWE Women's Speed Champion will now team up on tonight's SmackDown to battle The Role Model and Naomi. Jax is set to be at ringside for the match.

Tonight's SmackDown will air live from the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, UT, and next week's episode will also be taped. The following has been announced for tonight's episode: United States Champion LA Knight defends against Santos Escobar; Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens face off; Chelsea Green vs. Bianca Belair vs. Blair Davenport in the tournament to crown the inaugural Women's United States Champion.
