Huge name to make blockbuster return and align with Roman Reigns and The Usos soon, says WWE personality
A backstage WWE personality feels a massive name could be finally returning to join forces with Roman Reigns and The Usos. Sam Roberts thinks Paul Heyman could be back anytime soon and complete the reunion of the OG Bloodline.
Jey Uso settling his issues with Jimmy Uso has been heartening to watch. Though Jey and Reigns have yet to fully embrace each other, they would be on the same side at WWE Crown Jewel 2024, where the OG Bloodline will go to war with the Solo Sikoa-led version of the stable. However, this reunion would be incomplete until the return of Reigns' Special Counsel, Paul Heyman.
On a recent edition of NotSam Wrestling, Sam Roberts explained how Roman Reigns, Jimmy, and Jey Uso had a personal vendetta against Solo Sikoa. The RAW Talk host added that similarly, Heyman, who was put through the table by Sikoa and his stablemates, had a valid reason to get back at him.
"This Bloodline has wronged everybody individually that's coming after them. Roman was obviously the first one who was wronged when Solo took the Tribal Chief spot from him. Jimmy was wronged by being taken out by The Bloodline after WrestleMania. Jey wronged by having the IC Title being taken away from him. Eventually, The Wiseman will be back. Hopefully, fingers crossed. He has been wronged by this group who powerbombed through the table," said Sam Roberts. (18:40 - 19:20)
Jim Cornette on Paul Heyman's WWE absence
Jim Cornette, who doesn't shy away from expressing his unfiltered opinions, recently questioned WWE over Paul Heyman's absence.
On his recent Drive-Thru podcast, Jim Cornette mentioned that the promotion should provide an update on The Wiseman's health as it would make fans more sympathetic towards him.
“Would it be good if somebody said what actually was the matter with him? The extent of it is he got powerbombed on the desk and suffered a cervical blah blah blah, and he can't move his jaw. He's not dead, he's not dead—you know he's coming back—but they haven't said exactly what was the matter with him or how long it would be. Well, not even how long it would be, but one would think they would say, ‘Poor, poor Wiseman, what he did to him. He's still bedridden,’ or whatever,” said Jim Cornette.
WWE Crown Jewel 2024 could be a great spot to bring back Heyman, as he could help Roman Reigns and The Usos secure a win over their counterparts.
