Major title change will happen at WWE Bad Blood following controversial decision on RAW, says Tommy Carlucci
Last night, WWE RAW General Manager Adam Pearce made a controversial decision on the red brand. Meanwhile, former WWE employee Tommy Carlucci has claimed that it could lead to a title change at Bad Blood.
The title in question is the Women's World Championship. Liv Morgan has held the gold since the 2024 King and Queen of the Ring PLE. Since Dominik Mysterio has helped her retain it on several occasions over the past few months, Pearce decided that Dirty Dom would be locked inside a shark cage during the title match between The Miracle Kid and Rhea Ripley at Bad Blood.
Although he previously predicted that Morgan would retain her title at the upcoming PLE, Carlucci changed his pick on the latest edition of the Behind The Turnbuckle: The Last Word podcast after the new stipulation was announced.
"By the way, Coach, in that match, I think Rhea is gonna win. I think Rhea is gonna get the title at Bad Blood. Although I don't agree with that, I think it's gonna happen. [You do?] Yeah, I do. I've changed my mind on this. Why? Because I think she's done enough in Creative eyes; they think she's done enough to win the title and maybe kinda separate her from Damian Priest," he said. How did Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio react to Adam Pearce's decision on WWE RAW?
Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan's reactions to Adam Pearce's decision to have Dirty Dom locked in a shark cage during the Women's World Championship match at Bad Blood were captured by cameras. Later, WWE posted the clip on Instagram.
While The Miracle Kid was livid and planned to talk to Pearce, her boyfriend was seemingly freaking out about getting "locked up again" after his former experience in prison.
"I can't. I can't be locked up again. I don't want to be in a cage. I can't. We're going to figure this out. I can't be locked up again," Dominik said.
Morgan and Dominik argued with Pearce over the stipulation. However, the RAW Authority Figure informed them that his decision was final. It will be interesting to see if the 30-year-old retains her title without Dirty Dom's help in Atlanta next month.
