Major WWE star is probably unhappy with his current booking under Triple H's regime, says veteran
A former WWE Champion is currently booked for an Unsanctioned match at Crown Jewel. However, wrestling veteran Jonathan Coachman claimed that the mentioned superstar cannot be happy with his current position in the Stamford-based company under Triple H's creative leadership.
Nearly two months ago, Bronson Reed destroyed Seth Rollins with six Tsunamis on Monday Night RAW, putting The Visionary on the shelf for several weeks. Nevertheless, the latter returned on the September 30 episode of the red brand to cost Reed his Last Monster Standing Match against Braun Strowman.
As the two rivals brawled over the following few weeks, RAW general manager Adam Pearce announced that Rollins and Reed would square off in an Unsanctioned bout at Crown Jewel on Saturday in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
While addressing the feud on the Behind The Turnbuckle: The Last Word podcast, WWE veteran Jonathan Coachman claimed Rollins was probably unhappy with his current booking.
"He cannot be happy about this behind the scenes. He's been very vocal in the last several years when he doesn't like something that he does. He didn't like the fact that The Rock showed up. He didn't like a lot of the stuff that led up to WrestleMania [XL]. And you gotta believe as they head into Survivor Series that he's not gonna like his position because if you're not into position, Tommy [Carlucci], for the World Heavyweight Championship or the WWE Championship in January, you're kind of lost in the whole scheme of things," he said. Vince Russo criticized Seth Rollins and Bronson Reed's segment on WWE RAW
Last night on RAW, Seth Rollins and Bronson Reed engaged in another brawl in the parking lot. It ended with the former NXT North American Champion putting The Visionary through a table. The latter was then taken to a local medical facility after suffering an injury.
On Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW podcast, former WWE head writer Vince Russo criticized Rollins' punches during the segment. He claimed The Visionary's work made Reed look weak.
"I dare you. That was horrible. I don't know how long this guy has been in the business, bro, if you're Bronson Reed and Bronson Reed is never going to say anything because he is below Rollins on the food chain, but what you don't understand is that you're making that monster look weak," he said.
Rollins has not won a match since January 15, when he defeated Jinder Mahal on RAW. It would be interesting to see whether he can beat Bronson Reed in Saudi Arabia.
