Mark Henry reacts to female 26-year-old WWE star's unique training method

WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry was known for being one of the most serious as well as goofier superstars in the Stamford-based promotion. He recently had an episode dedicated to his career in the WWE Legends docuseries where he was paid a rich tribute for his accomplishments over the years. Despite his incredible resume, Henry recently reacted to a unique training method of a female star and admitted he has never trained this way before.

Lola Vice transitioned from the world of MMA to WWE and is slowly climbing the rungs of the NXT brand. The 26-year-old recently uploaded a video that was reposted by a fan account on X. The caption of the tweet said that Vice had claimed that nobody else trained as she does in the video. Mark Henry replied to this tweet and conceded that the information was true in his case.

“I don’t train like that,” wrote Henry.

The Hall of Famer’s words came off as a humorous take on the video because while it involved several kickboxing moves, it also had some suggestive dance moves. While Mark Henry is yet to train as Lola Vice does, he recently revealed that he has several other things he wants to do in pro wrestling.

Mark Henry comments on his WWE Legends docuseries episode

The World’s Strongest Man has always taken the pro wrestling industry and its business very seriously. A&E TV honored him for all his in-ring, backstage, and management contributions to WWE in their docuseries recently. Despite this, the former World Heavyweight Champion recently revealed on The Angle Podcast that he was only looking to switch to a higher gear instead of retiring.

“It was awesome. I look at it like, now, I’m living my life for statues. I want to be remembered. I want people to see the work that I’ve done and what I gave to the industry that I worked in and I left them better than I found them. I don’t doubt whatsoever that it’s going to be a possibility that I’m in multiple Hall of fames, but it’s time to do more. (...) Every last one of those people that showed me some love and respect, I thank you and I’m humbled by it. The arrogant prick was just an act." [28:46 - 29:53]

As the 53-year-old legend moves on, it would be interesting to see what new contributions he makes to the world of pro wrestling.
