Massive WWE star addresses potentially becoming a Paul Heyman guy following confrontation with Roman Reigns

Paul Heyman has been Roman Reigns' Wiseman in WWE for nearly four years. Another massive superstar recently addressed potentially becoming a Heyman guy after confronting The Original Tribal Chief a few weeks ago.

Cody Rhodes, the star in question, is currently involved in a storyline with Reigns and Solo Sikoa's Bloodline. After having a heated confrontation on SmackDown a few weeks ago, Rhodes and Reigns agreed to team up to fight Sikoa and Jacob Fatu at Bad Blood. Meanwhile, Heyman remains absent from WWE programming since The Bloodline took him out by putting him through the announcer's table on the June 28 episode of SmackDown.

In an interview with Uproxx Sports, Rhodes praised Reigns' Wiseman, dubbing him as a "super genius" in sports entertainment. Meanwhile, he addressed potentially becoming a Paul Heyman guy, claiming he would have made a great one in another lifetime. The American Nightmare likened the WWE Hall of Famer to Holywood's Martin Scorsese in terms of stature in their respective lines of work.

"I think in another lifetime, I would have made a really great Paul Heyman guy. I have an unflinching respect for Mr. Heyman not just what he did for my dad, but his own story. Even if I'm the guy that beats The Bloodline, even if that's my role in all this. I like to be in the orbit of Mr. Heyman because there are very few super geniuses as we call them in Sports Entertainment and he's one. If you're on set and you get the chance to work with a Scorsese, for example, it's as a wrestler to be in that orbit, to have those conversations, that's something I enjoy about it," he said. Cody Rhodes also spoke about his chemistry with Roman Reigns ahead of WWE Bad Blood

In his interview with Uproxx Sports, the Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes also addressed his chemistry with Roman Reigns ahead of their Tag Team Match against The Bloodline's Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu at Bad Blood.

The American Nightmare claimed he and The Original Tribal Chief always create magic when they stand across each other in the ring. He further noted that the latter brought out a spark from out of him.

"Every now and then, you find somebody that you stand across from the ring, whether you love them, hate them, know nothing about them, know everything about them, that there's a spark, there's a magic. He brings something out of me. When I look at nutrition. When I look at dialing in, when I look at focus, when I look at the structure of a wrestling match, when I look at a premium event, whatever it might be, he brings something out of me that I don't think I knew was there. I would hope I do the same for him," he said.

While the two SmackDown Superstars will fight side-by-side this Saturday, many expect them to eventually clash down the road. Former WWE host, Matt Camp even suggested they could go head-to-head again on the first episode of RAW on Netflix.
