Massive WWE Superstar might be suffering an undisclosed nagging injury, says ex-host; Triple H could be protecting him

A major WWE Superstar's push has seemingly slowed down over the past few weeks. A former WWE host recently pointed out that it might be because that wrestler suffers from a nagging injury.

The superstar in question is none other than Jey Uso. The leader of the Yeet Movement has not competed since July 29th when he defeated Carlito on Monday Night RAW. Meanwhile, he was not booked for SummerSlam despite being one of the most popular babyfaces on the roster. On The Wrestling Matt podcast, former WWE The Bump host Matt Camp questioned Jey's booking, stating that the star does not have a clear direction at the time.

Camp pointed out that Jey is now Sami Zayn's "buddy" and maybe nothing else. However, he wondered if the multi-time Tag Team Champion had an undisclosed injury. Hence, the Creative team, led by Chief Content Officer Triple H, is trying to protect him:

"I don't know this for a fact. Part of me wonders is he got a little of a nagging injury and they're protecting that. Cause I don't really have an explanation for why a guy who is that over because of a word, because of an entrance, his matches are fine, I don't think Jey's been a real inspiring singles wrestler, but he's over and he's popular and I'm a little surprised there's not more for him," he said. Will the original Bloodline reunite after Roman Reigns' WWE return?

Roman Reigns returned after nearly four months of absence to go after the self-proclaimed new Tribal Chief Solo Sikoa. Last night on WWE SmackDown, The Original Tribal Chief was destroyed by Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu.

Meanwhile, Jey Uso recently suggested to Sami Zayn that they reunite to go after The Judgment Day's World Tag Team Championships. Many viewed this as a step towards the two superstars rejoining forces with Reigns and potentially Jimmy Uso to reform the original Bloodline as a fighting force against Sikoa's version of the faction.

After being outnumbered last night on WWE SmackDown, Reigns seemingly needs help against Sikoa's group. It would be interesting to see if he will succeed in reuniting the original Bloodline.
