Michael Cole breaks character; shows frustration on WWE show

The latest Uncle Howdy QR Code on a WWE show didn't leave Michael Cole impressed, as he expressed his annoyance with the situation. The veteran commentator broke character for a moment to express what he felt.

When the LWO were making their way to the ring, the QR code that has become a part of Uncle Howdy's regular hints over the last few months showed up. Ever since the QR Codes started to show up, it has felt like Uncle Howdy may return, with speculation that he will be bringing the rumored Wyatt 6 faction with him.

This week, the QR Code led to a countdown that ends at the upcoming episode of WWE RAW, which seems to indicate the debut will finally take place next week.

However, it seems that Michael Cole has had enough. When LWO were entering and the QR Code showed up, he didn't hesitate for a second before breaking character to say not that "QR Code stuff again", clearly unhappy with what was happening.

He then even told Pat McAfee not to scan it because the last time he had, he'd become obsessed with it. With Uncle Howdy potentially appearing as soon as the upcoming RAW, fans will be keeping an eye on Michael Cole's reaction.

Michael Cole has been more vocal in recent years in WWE

Ever since Triple H has taken over WWE from Vince McMahon, Cole has been more expressive and original in his commentary. Working together with Pat McAfee, the star has been laughing more and seemingly enjoys his job a lot more than before.

Previously, it's been noted that Vince McMahon was always in the commentator's ears telling them what to say and what not to say, making for quite a strenuous job. Presumably, that's changed since The Game took charge of things.
