Michael Cole does not know how a star is "alive"; worried about WWE Superstar after scary fall on her neck

Veteran WWE commentator Michael Cole was left worried for the health of a WWE star after a scary fall on her neck. The commentator was not sure how the star was even alive.

At Money in the Bank 2024, six women went at it for the women's briefcase. This led to several extreme spots, with all of them trying their luck. The unlucky Chelsea Green fell off a ladder placed in the ring to the outside through two tables. IYO SKY was catapulted face-first into a ladder. Several stars took scary bumps but it was one fall in particular that had everyone scared for the health of the star. Zoey Stark seemed to be on the wrong end of an unfortunate bump.

During the match, SKY put Zoey Stark into the ladder neck-first in a modified piledriver position. She landed on her neck and then froze up before falling off the ladder. Cole was terrified seeing the moment in a replay after the match was done and Tiffany Stratton had walked away with the briefcase.

He was scared for Stark's life, saying he didn't know how she was even alive after such a fall.

"I don't know how Zoey Stark... I don't even know how she is alive. This is the damndest thing!"

Zoey Stark has commented on her health since then as well, abating Michael Cole's fears

Seeing the fall in a replay left Michael Cole worried about not only Stark's career but her life as a whole. But since then, Stark has posted about the same and abated his fears somewhat.

While she may well be alive, it's not certain how badly that fall hurt her and how she's doing at the moment. Fans will have to wait to see what she does next and if she provides further clarity as to how she's doing after the fall.
