WWE News: Mick Foley loses 100 pounds in a year, shares image on social media
Mick Foley, the current General Manager of RAW recently shared a picture on social media highlighting his weight loss.
The 51-year-old lost the weight in less than a year and was actually challenged to get into shape by Vince McMahon himself. The former WWE champion had spoken about his weight loss plan earlier in the year where he stated that his goal was to lose 80 pounds by December 5.
Foley successfully completed that with three months to spare and then set his target to weigh 238 pounds by December. The RAW GM was 338 pounds just over a year ago and stated that a lot of hard work, with healthy lifestyle choices led him to lose the extra weight.
The former eight-time tag team championship holder has constantly shared updates about his weight loss and it looks like the hard work is certainly paying off. Foley wishes to be in the best shape of his life and his performance on RAW, even as the GM, is one of the best aspects of the show.
Many will remember his incredible feud against the Undertaker, which culminated in the now-iconic Hell in a Cell match where Foley was thrown from the top of the cell.
His rather bizarre personas during his time with the WWE were also worth noting. Dude Love, Cactus Jack and Mankind were just a few of his gimmicks but Mankind will be the most popular of his gimmicks.

Foley is also considered to be one of the toughest wrestlers of all time and has even picked up the moniker of “The Hardcore Legend”, which came to the fore in another incredible match against Edge.
Surprisingly, the 51-year-old only picked up the now-defunct Hardcore title once in his career.
