Montez Ford breaks character; shares never-before-seen WWE footage [VIDEO]

Montez Ford of the Street Profits recently broke character at a live event in Ireland. Ford shared some never-before-seen footage featuring the point of view of a WWE Superstar.

The company held Crown Jewel 2024 on Saturday and taped Monday Night RAW on Sunday in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Some members of the roster, mostly the SmackDown Superstars, flew immediately to Europe for a four-day tour of the United Kingdom.

In a post on Instagram, Montez Ford uploaded a video of his point of view going through the curtains and entering the ring. It was a way to show the WWE Universe what it feels like to be a superstar, interacting with the crowd and making them cheer.

"Sorry about the audio, but I wanted to give you all an experience of what all of the WWE Superstars see when we make our entrance! You guys make this the greatest experience on earth. And we pray that we do the same to you all! Hope you enjoy this video!" Ford wrote.

WWE Superstars rarely post such out-of-character videos on their social media handles, as they are focused on progressing their respective storylines.

Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins teamed up to face Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga of The Bloodline in a tag team match. It was the second bout on the card, with Fatu and Tonga getting the victory.

Montez Ford opens up about his frustrations in WWE

The Street Profits have been on the main roster since 2019 and have had a successful run with two championship wins. They are one-time RAW and one-time SmackDown Tag Team Champions.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Montez Ford opened up about his frustrations in WWE, especially with The Bloodline. Ford said he was on the verge of snapping like Kevin Owens.

"I've been the one doing it. I've been the one that's been trying to fight off this disease, me, Dawks, and occasionally Kevin Owens, but [you've] seen what happened to Kevin Owens recently. He's a little frustrated, and I feel like I'm on the verge of becoming the same way. How many times [have] I got to take down another variant of Bloodline? It seems like every time we get close to the tag team championship, The Bloodline shows up," Ford said. [H/T: WrestlingInc.]

Ford is one of the most gifted athletes in the WWE but hasn't had a full-fledged singles run since joining the main roster. The Street Profits also have not held gold in almost four years, which may be frustrating for the team.
