Multi-time WWE Champion took speech lessons, claims Tommy Dreamer

WWE Superstars often overcome different types of adversities in their journey to the top. Recently, Tommy Dreamer praised multi-time World Champion Drew McIntyre and claimed he took speech lessons to improve his skills.

Drew McIntyre has been a dominant force throughout his career in the Stamford-based promotion. However, there was a time when The Scottish Warrior wasn't the best talker in the game nor did he cut slick promos across social media against his opponents.

Speaking on Busted Open After Dark, Tommy Dreamer claimed Drew McIntyre took speech lessons to improve his skills to communicate better while cutting promos. The veteran also praised the two-time WWE and former World Heavyweight Champion's promo game in 2024:

"If you know anything about Drew McIntyre, he actually had to take a speech lesson because he had such a thick accent. It was hard to understand him," Dreamer said. (From 00:37 to 00:48)

Drew McIntyre fires shots at several WWE Superstars

Drew McIntyre took a while to turn heel but didn't attack everyone out of anger or frustration. The Scottish Warrior's main target has been The Bloodline, a group that took his fairy-tale moment away at WWE Clash at The Castle in 2022 in front of his friends and family.

Earlier this month, he returned to Monday Night RAW and went after Jey Uso and Sami Zayn for aligning with Roman Reigns. The Scottish Warrior is set to take this into 2025 as he's going to come after everyone who helped The OG Bloodline in November 2024.

Today, he uploaded a video where he issued a warning to the Samoan faction, fired shots at Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins, and claimed he's going to capture his fourth World Championship in WWE:

"Say it's smart mark; with any luck, by next year one of these will be your world champion (images of Drew McIntyre), but for now, let me say without hope or agenda just because I'm Drew McIntyre, and Drew McIntyre always tells the truth. The Bloodline will pay for their crimes, and no one is getting in my way. Even if I have to look like this (mocks Cody Rhodes' neck tattoo). Merry Drewmas," McIntyre revealed in the video.

It'll be interesting to see what the star does in order to achieve his goals in 2025.
