Mystery star spotted ahead of WWE show; been paid for a mission
A mystery WWE star was not only spotted behind the screens, but he seems to be getting paid for a big hit. An anonymous X/Twitter account posted a video of the behind-the-scenes transaction.
On WWE NXT, Tony D'Angelo has been having some troubles with NXT North American Champion Oba Femi. In case you do not watch NXT, Oba Femi is undoubtedly one of the most dominant stars to ever walk through the ranks on the white and gold brand. To top it all off, he is only 26 years of age. A specimen, D'Angelo and his teammates have not been able to take him out.
Tony D'Angelo was spotted with a mystery WWE Superstar backstage before NXT, handing him an envelope of cash and telling him to get the job done against Oba Femi, the dominant Nigerian star:
"I don't know you, but you got a reputation. You're not afraid to get your hands dirty. My kind of guy. Listen, Oba [Femi] is a wrecking machine. He disrespected Adriana [Rizzo]. I need you to take him out. I put a little extra in there, alright? Get it done."

There is already a lot of speculation about who it could be. Considering the size of the superstar, some have speculated that it could be Omos, another Nigerian giant and one of the biggest men to ever step foot in a professional wrestling ring. However, that is not confirmed just yet.
What did Oba Femi tell Adriana Rizzo that caused a stir among WWE fans?
The war between The D'Angelo Family and Oba Femi wagered on in NXT despite Femi defeating D'Angelo decisively at NXT No Mercy. However, a clip went semi-viral on X/Twitter, with Oba making a remark deemed to be misogynistic by some.
When Adriana Rizzo of The D'Angelo Family spoke up against Femi, the Nigerian star responded by saying, "In some cultures, women are meant to be seen, not heard." Rizzo had to be held back by others, while Tony D'Angelo said that in his culture if anybody speaks disrespectfully to a woman, they get what is coming to them.
The comment raised a bit of a stir, with one side of fans claiming that Oba Femi is simply being a heel and it is not representative of his real-life views. The other side of the argument from fans is that even subtle misogyny does not have a place in modern wrestling television.
