Naomi shares message following Saturday Night's Main Event; Michin responds
WWE Superstar Naomi shared a social media update to send a message to two of her colleagues, following their match at Saturday Night's Main Event. The show took place at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, Uniondale, New York, last night.
In one of the matches, Chelsea Green and Michin competed for the WWE Women's United States Championship. Neither SmackDown Superstar had held a singles title in the Stamford-based promotion before the event, and only one could change that. Although both women put forth impressive performances, it was Chelsea Green who secured the historic win.
Earlier today, Naomi took to her X (fka Twitter) account to send a message to both women. She stayed in character to congratulate Chelsea on the win while claiming that the title would make the latter more annoying. The 37-year-old also praised Michin.
"@ImChelseaGreen [Chelsea Green] congrats knucklehead. I just know you’re going to be even more annoying with that title😫. @MiaYim [Michin] you still rock😘💚. #SaturdayNightsMainEvent," she wrote.

Michin took notice of Naomi's post and responded to thank the former two-time WWE SmackDown Women's Champion for the kind words.
"Thank you, sis💙💙," Michin wrote in response.
Naomi is set to compete in a championship match on WWE SmackDown
On the go-home edition of Friday Night SmackDown ahead of Saturday Night's Main Event, Nick Aldis informed Bianca Belair that she would have to relinquish the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship as Jade Cargill had been forced out after a mystery attacker recently took her out. However, Naomi showed up and volunteered to be The Storm's replacement.
The SmackDown General Manager agreed and announced that the two would defend the titles against the team of Nia Jax and Candice LeRae on the December 20 edition of the blue brand.
Nia Jax (WWE Women's Champion) and Candice LeRae (WWE Speed Women's Champion) will enter the squared circle next week with an opportunity to become double champions. It will be interesting to see if they can achieve this impressive feat in the upcoming edition of SmackDown.
