Natalya sends rally call to WWE's women's division after making history in Saudi Arabia
WWE star Natalya shared a heartfelt message about the company's women's division today on social media. WWE Crown Jewel 2024 aired this past Saturday in Saudi Arabia.
The veteran was not in action at Crown Jewel over the weekend but took to social media today to praise the women's division. Liv Morgan defeated Nia Jax to become the first Women's Crown Jewel Champion at the premium live event.
Natalya took to her official X account to share that every time the company returned to Saudi Arabia, the women made history. The 42-year-old added that it was a great feeling to be a part of it, and you can check out her message in the post below.
"Every time we go back to Saudi, the women continue to make more history, more strides and allow other women to have more visibility to truly shine. It’s the coolest feeling to be a part of this powerful change. Until next time, Saudi…Thank you!🇸🇦❤️," she wrote.
Natalya competed in the Battle Royal to determine Liv Morgan's next challenger for the Women's World Championship last night on RAW. Damage CTRL's IYO SKY emerged victorious and earned a title shot against Morgan.
Natalya believes her husband was destined to be a producer in WWE
RAW star Natalya is married to backstage producer Tyson Kidd (TJ Wilson) in real life. Kidd suffered a spinal cord injury after taking a Muscle Buster from Samoa Joe during a dark match in 2015 and was forced to retire from in-ring competition.
In an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling's Bill Apter, the former SmackDown Women's Champion stated that she believed her husband was destined to be a producer for the company. She noted that Kidd had helped the women's division a lot behind the scenes, and many people wanted to work with him backstage.
“He’s done so much more for the industry, especially with the women’s division from where he is at right now, than he could have ever done as a performer in WWE. He has been the producer for both of the women’s matches at WrestleMania that main evented. There is a long long list of women and men that want to work TJ in WWE because he is so good at what he does. I think he was always destined to be a producer in WWE, and his injury kind of took him there a little sooner.” [1:36 onwards]

Natalya signed a new contract with the company earlier this year. It will be interesting to see if the promotion has anything substantial planned for the former champion on RAW in the weeks ahead.
