Nia Jax comments on her friendship with WWE SmackDown star
Nia Jax recently discussed her alliance with SmackDown Superstar Tiffany Stratton and admitted that she could not let her guard down.
The Buff Barbie won the Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match earlier this year and could cash in for a title match at any moment. Jax and Stratton are currently working together on SmackDown, but their friendship could end if the 25-year-old decides to cash in on Jax in the weeks ahead.
In an interview with Cathy Kelley, Jax admitted that she had a deal with Stratton, and praised her as a performer. However, the champion added that she could not let her guard down around Stratton due to her having the Money in the Bank contract.
"She's a very smart young girl, and aligning herself with me is a very good idea. She has that Money in the Bank briefcase. We do have a deal... I call her lightning in a bottle. That girl is very talented, very smart, but I can't let down my guard completely," she said [3:26 - 3:47]
