Nick Aldis puts current WWE champion in their place with harsh response
Nick Aldis has delivered a harsh response to a 32-year-old WWE Superstar after they complained on social media.
WWE Women's Tag Team Champions Piper Niven and Chelsea Green were in action last night on Monday Night RAW against Natalya and Nikki Cross. Natalya lost to Niven last week on the red brand in a singles match and had Nikki Cross join her as her tag team partner last night.
Unfortunately for Natalya, it didn't work out too well, as Cross was seemingly in a trance on the ring apron during the match before leaving her tag team partner behind. Green and Niven then isolated Natalya in the ring and picked up the quick pinfall victory last night on WWE RAW.
Earlier today, Chelsea Green sent a message to both RAW GM Adam Pearce and SmackDown GM Nick Aldis. She complained about Natalya vowing to unleash hell on the champions but did not get the response she sought. Aldis claimed that it would be inappropriate for him to get involved in the conflict on social media and informed Chelsea Green that she was on her own:
"As an executive, it's unbecoming to be involved in personal squabbles on social media. You're on your own, champ," he posted.
WWE Superstar Chelsea Green fires back at Nick Aldis
Chelsea Green has quickly responded to Nick Aldis' post on social media and is unhappy with what the SmackDown GM had to say.
Green took to her X account to warn Aldis after he told her that she needed to resolve her issues with Natalya alone. She humorously stated that she would be speaking to Aldis in person next Monday on WWE RAW, despite the 36-year-old being the GM for SmackDown on Friday nights:
"WT ACTUAL F!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will be speaking to you in person re: THIS on Monday!!," she posted.
Last Friday night on SmackDown, Nick Aldis had both Adam Pearce and Jey Uso kicked out of the show. Aldis apologized during his appearance last night on WWE RAW, but Pearce later confronted the SmackDown GM about conversing with Katana Chance and Kayden Carter backstage.
Nick Aldis excused himself from the building, and Pearce seemingly took a shot at the new SmackDown GM today on social media. It will be interesting to see how this storyline plays out as the build toward Crown Jewel and Survivor Series next month continues.
