Nick Aldis reacts to WWE SmackDown being called unsafe after star falls badly
WWE SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis had his hands full this week on the show, dealing with several different problems at the same time. Now, he's answered a comment calling the show unsafe.
Aldis had to deal with Kevin Owens losing his mind on the show and attacking Randy Orton, days after he had attacked Cody Rhodes. The attack came after Orton had attempted to stop Owens earlier in the show from starting a brawl, but then punched him after getting hit. The two stars tried to make an impression on Owens, but it was not to be, with Orton getting ambushed and Aldis needing to call doctors for Orton.
Also on the show, Chelsea Green was present at ringside for the WWE Women's Tag Team Title match, and during the show, got kicked so hard that she went tumbling onto Michael Cole sitting at the announce desk. Cole didn't react to it well either and went on to shout about how much Green smelled, continuing to sell the loss from the previous week, where she'd fallen in a dumpster.
Matt Cardona retweeted the video and called the video of his wife falling on SmackDown an example of an unsafe working environment, continuing to work on Green's gimmick. Nick Aldis also reacted to the comment, pleading with him to not start.
"Don't start..."
Chelsea Green has been a thorn in the side of Nick Aldis on WWE SmackDown
Green has been a character that has quickly developed into one that the fans love, but the General Managers hate. For Nick Aldis, Green is a nightmare, given her Karen gimmick, as she complains to him the moment something does not go her way.
Aldis was clearly seeing what was wrong with Cardona's comment as he could foresee Green appearing the next week and complaining to him about how it was unsafe for her.
