WWE News: NXT stars see UFO on their way back home, Chris Jericho trolls the duo

The Iconic Duo are a staple of WWE NXT.

What’s the story?

NXT stars Billie Kay and Peyton Royce recently claimed to have spotted UFOs (Unidentified Flying Objects) while they were on their way back after an NXT house show in Fort Pierce, Florida.

Their post on social media drew a response from WWE veteran Chris Jericho who took the opportunity to make light of the situation by sarcastically probing them for further details. 

In case you didn’t know...

Billie Kay (real name Jessica McKay) and Peyton Royce (Cassie McIntosh) are best known for their NXT run that commenced in 2015 as The Iconic Duo. They were driving back from the NXT event when the aforementioned incident allegedly transpired.

The heart of the matter:

Kay debuted with WWE back in 2014 and rose to prominence in NXT after forming the aforementioned tag-team with Royce who joined NXT in 2015.

Whether or not the two Superstars mistook a local drone for a UFO is yet to be revealed.

What’s next?

Local law enforcement authorities in Florida have not confirmed any extraterrestrial activities or UFO sightings at Fort Pierce as of yet.

Well, instead of disputing their alien-sighting claims, we must thank Heavens that the alleged aliens didn’t abduct The Iconic Duo. Now mind you, according to a few UFO and ET enthusiasts on the internet, Fort Pierce is a hot-spot for alien sightings.
