Only the return of a huge WWE legend could lead to The OG Bloodline defeating The Bloodline, says ex-writer
The OG Bloodline continued to struggle against Solo's Bloodline last Friday on WWE SmackDown. Former WWE writer Freddie Prinze Jr. recently stated that only the return of a huge legend could help Roman Reigns' team defeat Solo Sikoa's.
The Original Tribal Chief has reunited with The Usos and Sami Zayn ahead of a WarGames match against Sikoa's Bloodline at Survivor Series. While The Bloodline has recruited Bronson Reed as their fifth member, The OG Bloodline has so far failed to do the same. When Reigns called his Wiseman Paul Heyman last Friday on SmackDown, seemingly to help solve that problem, his phone was disconnected.
Heyman has been absent from TV since June when Sikoa and his associates destroyed him after refusing to acknowledge the former NXT North American Champion as his Tribal Chief. On his Wrestling with Freddie podcast, former writer Freddie Prinze Jr. predicted that The OG Bloodline would not beat The Bloodline until The Wiseman returns:
"I thought it was awesome. And it means soon we will get the return of The Wiseman. But like I said in last week's episode, or maybe it was two weeks ago, you will not see The OTC win until Paul Heyman's back in the fold. They have to have their full old school Bloodline with The Wiseman before they're gonna be in perfect position. I think Paul has a lot to do with the eventual victory as well. So, they're going to keep losing and it's gonna be tough until Heyman returns, the greatest manager in the business, Mr. Paul Heyman," he said. [From 39:58 to 40:26]

WWE analyst thinks Paul Heyman has blocked Roman Reigns for a personal reason
On his Notsam Wrestling podcast, WWE analyst Sam Roberts also discussed the segment in which Roman Reigns failed to reach his Wiseman Paul Heyman on the phone.
The RAW Talk host claimed the WWE Hall of Famer might have blocked The Original Tribal Chief because the latter hurt him when he did not save him from The Bloodline's attack:
"It ended up with bodily harm coming to The Wiseman and the [Original] Tribal Chief not there to help him. And I think that hurt The Wiseman. And I think that left The Wiseman feeling alone. And I think The Wiseman said, 'Okay,' just likes if a girl breaks your heart, if a boy breaks your heart, eventually for your own health, especially if they're lingering, you gotta put them on block. You gotta seize contact with them. I think that, to me, is what Paul Heyman did," he said.
Some fans have speculated that Heyman may have turned on Reigns to side with The Rock. Roberts also addressed that theory.
