Original Bloodline member sends message ahead of Roman Reigns' return to WWE SmackDown
An original Bloodline member shared a message today ahead of Roman Reigns' return to WWE SmackDown this Friday night. The Tribal Chief finally returned at WWE SummerSlam after going on hiatus following his loss to Cody Rhodes in the main event of WrestleMania XL.
Roman Reigns returned during the final moments of this year's SummerSlam to attack Solo Sikoa. The 31-year-old made himself the new Tribal Chief while Reigns was away and made several changes to The Bloodline. Sikoa kicked Jimmy Uso out of the group and had the faction brutally attack Paul Heyman on the June 28 episode of SmackDown.
The Wiseman hasn't returned to television since but took to his Instagram story today to send a message ahead of Roman Reigns' return to SmackDown. Heyman hyped The Head of the Table's appearance this Friday night, and you can check out his Instagram story by clicking here.
Cody Rhodes successfully defended the Undisputed WWE Championship in a Bloodline Rules match against Solo Sikoa at SummerSlam. Reigns did not attack The American Nightmare during the Premium Live Event. Instead, he hit Solo Sikoa with a Superman Punch and a Spear before exiting the ring.
Vince Russo claims the new Bloodline has not gotten over with WWE fans
Former WWE writer Vince Russo believes Solo Sikoa and the new version of The Bloodline have not gotten over with fans.
Solo Sikoa has added Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa to his version of The Bloodline in recent months. Speaking on this week's episode of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW podcast, Russo stated Sikoa and his faction were not on the same level as Reigns and the original Bloodline.
"Roman Reigns comes back at freaking SummerSlam. Bro, you're gonna sit there and actually try to have an argument with me that Solo Sikoa was over? Are you really gonna try and convince me that the new Bloodline is over?" [From 11:18 onwards]

Roman Reigns has not commented on Solo Sikoa's changes to The Bloodline yet. It will be fascinating to see what the 39-year-old has to say this Friday night on SmackDown.
