Pat McAfee sends a one-word message to Jey Uso after his WWE Intercontinental Championship win
Pat McAfee has reacted to Jey Uso winning the WWE Intercontinental Championship. McAfee is a color commentator for Monday Night RAW and is one of Jey's biggest admirers.
This past Monday on RAW, Jey defeated Bron Breakker to win his first singles championship in WWE. The win for The Yeet Master marked the end of Breakker's title reign after 51 days. Bron won the title by defeating Sami Zayn at the SummerSlam Premium Live Event on August 3.
On Instagram, Jey posted a photograph from moments after winning the Intercontinental Championship. Reacting to his post, McAfee sent a one-word message, quoting the 39-year-old superstar.
"🗣🗣🗣 YEEEET," wrote McAfee.

Afa Anoa'i Jr. commented on Jey Uso's Intercontinental Championship win
Former WWE Superstar, Afa Anoa'i Jr., discussed Jey Uso's historic victory from Monday Night RAW.
In an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling, Anoa'i Jr. stated it was special to witness Jey win the Intercontinental Championship. He also recalled Uso's father, Rikishi, winning the same title. He said:
"I love it. Any time that we get a singles title like that, it's special. I remember being with them when their father won it. The excitement of everything that goes on and the attention that comes along with being a singles champion. He's been working hard for it. He deserves it. And what a match right? You see the pop at the end."
In his previous six attempts, Jey failed to win a singles title in WWE. He has unsuccessfully challenged for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship when Roman Reigns held the title. He was also unable to win the World Heavyweight Championship on two separate occasions.
With Jey finally winning his first singles championship on Monday Night RAW, it remains to be seen which superstar steps up as his first challenger.
