Paul Heyman hints at the purpose behind Roman Reigns' WWE SmackDown returnĀ

Roman Reigns single-handedly took out Solo Sikoa's Bloodline barring Jacob Fatu last week on WWE SmackDown. With the latter sustaining an injury at SummerSlam, the Tongans were ready to bring the fight to the former Undisputed WWE Universal Champion by orders of the new Tribal Chief, but to no avail.

At one point during the brawl, though, Roman Reigns was distracted and stopped for a moment to pick up the Ula Fala that had fallen inside the ring. This is where the Tongans found an opening and caught The OTC off guard. But ultimately, Reigns stood tall as the show went off the air.

Paul Heyman emphasized the prominence and mystic power of this Samoan neckpiece by taking to his Instagram stories ahead of tonight's edition of the blue brand and hinting that this was the purpose behind Reigns' return. He also demanded the WWE Universe acknowledge The OTC. You can check out his Instagram story by clicking here.

"The power of the Ula Fala," wrote Paul Heyman.

Paul Heyman was last seen on the June 28 episode of SmackDown, where he refused to acknowledge Solo Sikoa as the Tribal Chief. Sikoa and his clan put The Wiseman through a table for his misdemeanor.

It will be interesting to see if Heyman makes his return tonight on the blue brand at Kia Center in Orlando, Florida beside The Original Tribal Chief.

When Roman Reigns inducted Paul Heyman into the WWE Hall of Fame

Paul Heyman is one of the most important figures in the wrestling business as he has managed some of the best in the business, including Brock Lesnar and CM Punk. His creativity is often lauded by his ECW family, where Heyman is a legend. Rob Van Dam called him a "unique" individual.

In April 2024, Roman Reigns inducted Heyman into the WWE Hall of Fame. Before introducing him, Reigns revealed that there was no Tribal Chief without The Wiseman. So if a day came when they were no longer together, that would be the day he retired the 'Tribal Chief' persona.

"The moment I'm not with the Wiseman, is the moment you won't see the Tribal Chief anymore," he said.
