Paul Heyman's secret favor for CM Punk following The OG Bloodline's win at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames speculated by analyst
CM Punk played a major role in The OG Bloodline's victory at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames following which he is owed a favor from Paul Heyman. Analyst Sam Roberts discussed the same during the recent edition of his podcast.
The Best in the World joined forces with Roman Reigns, Sami Zayn, and The Usos to take on The New Bloodline in a five-on-five WarGames Match at Survivor Series. Punk was brought into the fold by Paul Heyman, who agreed to help in exchange for a special favor. He reminded The Wiseman about the same after their victory over Solo Sikoa and Co.
Sam Roberts discussed what The Best in the World could want from Heyman on his Notsam Wrestling podcast. The analyst noted that he feels Punk may want to be the first in line whenever Roman Reigns wins back the WWE Championship.
"My wild speculation is, we won't hear about this [favor] for some time. It is a secret. I feel like it has to be, when Roman Reigns gets the WWE Championship back, Punk is first in line." [From 18:57 to 19:17]

WWE legend believes Roman Reigns is trying to get Paul Heyman to reveal the favor he owes to CM Punk
The secret deal between Paul Heyman and CM Punk is still unknown, with The Best in the World noting that he will ask for the favor from The Wiseman when the time comes.
However, with Roman Reigns unaware of the agreement between the two, Wade Barrett believes that The OTC is bound to pressure The Wiseman into revealing the information and he could have missed the post-show press conference due to the same reason:
"I found it quite interesting that Roman Reigns was not there with the quartet of winners. Why was he not there? I don't know if there was something mentioned in the press conference. I suspect he's currently torturing a certain Wiseman to find out what this guarantee is, this favor that he's promised to CM Punk. How is that gonna play out in time? The tight lips of Paul Heyman may have to give away at some point because Roman Reigns is not a man you should be hiding information from, to say the least."
CM Punk and Paul Heyman were a duo during The Best in the World's previous stint with the WWE. Many speculate that The Wiseman could once again join forces with the Chicago native and leave Roman Reigns' side.
