Vic Joseph thanks Paul Heyman for giving him an opportunity on WWE RAW

NXT commentator, Vic Joseph recently discussed his short stint on RAW and thanked Paul Heyman for the opportunity.

Speaking on Cheap Heat with Peter Rosenburg, Joseph reflected on his time on the red brand and shared why it didn't pan out. He also thanked Paul Heyman for giving him the opportunity and noted that he still asks the veteran for advice.

"I look at it as a failure because if it wasn’t a failure, I’d still be doing the show. That’s how I look at it and so, I didn’t do my job and because I didn’t do my job up to the ability of certain individuals, they had to make a decision. I thank Paul Heyman for giving me that opportunity. I just saw Paul recently at RAW and we always go back-and-forth and I always pick his brain but he always tells me,‘Hey, just remember, you didn’t fail. It just was a bad situation.’ I look at it a little bit differently because I’m always a little bit harder on myself," said Joseph.

Heyman and Reigns appear to still be loyal to each other despite the massive changes in The Bloodline in recent months. It will be interesting to see what WWE has planned for The Wiseman when he finally returns to SmackDown.
