"People are going to go crazy" for WWE betrayal that is being heavily teased, says Bully Ray following RAW
WWE has been teasing a massive betrayal on Friday Night SmackDown lately, and the anticipation for it has been building up every week. The friendship between Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton doesn't seem to be very promising, with the latter trying to elevate her career by cashing in her Money in the Bank contract on Nia Jax.
Stratton made an appearance this week on RAW and teased a cash-in on the Women's World Champion Liv Morgan during the main event. However, the latter was rescued by Dominik Mysterio. While Stratton teased a cash-in on Morgan, it is clear that taking down Nia Jax would make more sense.
On a recent edition of the Busted Open Podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray addressed the friendship between both women and heaped praise on Miss Money in the Bank. The veteran stated that Stratton would be a "major player" in the future and added that the WWE Universe would go crazy when the star cashes in.
"I enjoyed Tiffany with the briefcase. I liked the interaction with Nia. Tiffany is going to be a major player one day in WWE. I think that when you eventually get that cash-in from Tiffany, the people are going to go crazy for her. You know how I feel about Tiffany from the first day she was on the show. I am completely immersed in her character. I think she does a great job with it," said Bully Ray. [From 7:27 - 7:54]
Tiffany Stratton had a hilarious reaction to her failed cash-in attempt on WWE RAW
Miss Money in the Bank addressed her failed cash-in attempt on Liv Morgan during this week's edition of RAW, in a recent Instagram story. The 25-year-old took a shot at Dominik Mysterio for rescuing his girlfriend in a hilarious message.
"It's not Dommy time, it's Tiffy time!" she wrote.
While Tiffany Stratton couldn't complete her cash-in during RAW this week, it is clear that she is on the horizon to complete her job. It would be interesting to see what Triple H has in store for the star in the next few weeks.
