Popular WWE name reveals she won't be on RAW; shares reason why
A popular WWE name revealed that she would not be in attendance for tonight's edition of RAW. This week's show will feature the return of CM Punk following the attack by Drew McIntyre on September 2.
It was revealed earlier today that Drew McIntyre will be missing tonight's episode of the red brand, and now another star has disclosed they will not be present for tonight's show. Backstage interviewer Jackie Redmond took to social media today to reveal that she would be missing RAW this week.
Redmond shared that she will not be at this week's show because she is on a vacation.
"No #WWERAW for me today. This baddie is on vacaaaaaation! 🥰," she wrote.
Finn Balor and JD McDonagh of The Judgment Day are set to defend the World Tag Team Championship against The New Day later tonight. Dominik Mysterio will also be facing Damian Priest in a singles match during this week's episode of RAW.
Vince Russo reacts to major upcoming WWE RAW change
Wrestling legend Vince Russo recently shared his thoughts on WWE RAW being reduced to two hours on Netflix starting in January 2025.
The promotion and Netflix agreed to a 10-year deal to bring RAW to the streaming platform next year. Speaking on Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Outlaws podcast, the former WWE writer reacted to the upcoming major change for the red brand.
Russo noted that WCW Nitro used to be three hours and they had no problems writing the show. The veteran explained that WCW used the entire roster and the shows were never boring.
"When we first went to WCW, Nitro was 3 hours. We wrote nine 3-hour Nitros, bro we had no problem. We had no problem whatsoever and the shows flowed and they weren't boring. You know why Chris? We used the entire roster," he said. [From 05:19 onwards]
