Popular WWE star discusses rumors of tagging with Triple H during their first appearance together
WWE star LA Knight is enjoying the heights of popularity in the company. Under the creative control of Triple H, he has emerged as one of the fastest-growing stars on the roster.
The Megastar has been on a steady rise to the top of WWE. This past week, he challenged Logan Paul for the United States Championship at SummerSlam on August 3.
On a recent episode of Cody's new talk show, What Do You Wanna Talk About? The American Nightmare caught up with LA Knight. He spoke about an old workout video where he appeared with Triple H. The 41-year-old claimed he was unsure if he would ever feature as a major star in WWE back then. He recalled how he played off The Game and got people talking about their camaraderie.
"That's such a funny moment just with that even happening to begin with. When I was on the outside, I didn't know I was ever coming back. It was said that the opportunity might be down the road, and there were opportunities, but they weren't meeting quite right. Occasionally I would have the screenshot where there's me and Triple H and it would be oh, look at this tag team and just playing the stuff like that." [From 8:53 - 9:18]

LA Knight cherishes that time with WWE
During the same conversation, Knight mentioned how it was a unique moment. He felt that it was a reminder of his first shot in WWE, and it panned out very differently from what he had imagined.
"You look at something like that and you almost wish everybody forgot and it didn't exist. But at the same time, it's one of those pieces of the puzzle where it's like look, I got my first shot here and it didn't work out so well. That's a little souvenir from that run, I guess if you could call it a run, that first shot in the sense." [From 9:19 - 9:40]
The Megastar, however, was grateful and claimed that the workout video would live on as a souvenir of his run with the company.
