Popular WWE star sends warning to Braun Strowman following Bronson Reed's return
A popular WWE star delivered a warning to Braun Strowman following Bronson Reed's return last night on RAW. Reed interfered in the Fatal 4-Way match in the main event of last night's episode of the red brand.
The Monster of All Monsters competed in the Fatal 4-Way match last night to determine Bron Breakker's next challenger for the Intercontinental Championship but was taken out by Reed during the match. Reed delivered a message following the attack on Strowman and boasted about taking out the former Universal Champion.
"When it comes to beef, Braun don't wanna do nuthin but cook! Gotcha again," he wrote.
RAW commentator Wade Barrett reacted to Reed's message and delivered a warning to Strowman. He claimed that there was only room for one big man on the red brand, as seen in the image below.
"There's only room for one BIG BOY on RAW," wrote Wade Barrett.
Bronson Reed was scheduled to compete in the Intercontinental Championship tournament on RAW but was pulled after being diagnosed with COVID-19. Strowman replaced the former North American Champion last week and picked up a victory in a Triple Threat match to advance in the Intercontinental Championship tournament.
However, the interference from Reed last night cost Strowman his chance at earning a shot at the Intercontinental Championship. Jey Uso emerged victorious in the match, and was confronted by Bron Breakker in the final moments of last night's episode of WWE RAW.
Vince Russo claims WWE has given up on Braun Strowman
Former WWE writer Vince Russo recently suggested that the company has given up on Braun Strowman.
Bronson Reed battled The Monster of All Monsters in a singles match on the August 26 edition of RAW. The match ended in a No Contest after Reed hit Strowman with a Tsunami Splash on top of a car in the parking lot. Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW show, Russo claimed that the company had given up on Strowman following the attack by Reed last month.
"I think they've given up on him (Braun Strowman). I think the only reason he's there is just because of the size, he's an attraction and a draw," Vince Russo said.
Bronson Reed attacked Seth Rollins, R-Truth, and Braun Strowman in recent weeks on WWE RAW. Seth Rollins still has not returned to WWE television due to the attack by the 36-year-old on August 5.
