A popular WWE Superstar hilariously explained that she did not use any unfair means following a failed attempt to cheat her way to a win.
On the latest episode of WWE NXT, Arianna Grace took on Gigi Dolin in a singles match. The 26-year-old looked in control for the majority of the contest and tried to grab the win with a backslide and feet on the ropes, but the referee spotted it. Grace then got into an argument with the referee, which allowed Dolin to hit her finisher to get the victory.
Arianna Grace took to her Twitter account to explain her actions during the match. In a hilarious tweet, the NXT star referred to the spot as an embarrassing accident. She further stated that she had no clue that the ropes were there.
"Omg what an embarrassing accident! 😫 I was just trying to keep a solid base… I had no clue the rope was there! I promise!!!!!!!! 🥺," Grace wrote.
