Potential Seth Rollins update amid WWE hiatus
There has been a potential update on WWE Superstar Seth Rollins, who is currently on hiatus from the company. The Visionary has not appeared on WWE television since Night 2 of WrestleMania XL.
Seth Rollins runs the Black and Brave Wrestling Academy alongside Marek Brave in Iowa. Black and Brave Wrestling posted an interesting update on Instagram with Seth Rollins working out.
Becky Lynch revealed following WrestleMania that Rollins underwent surgery for a torn meniscus. The post also had an interesting caption, but it is unknown if Rollins or someone else at Black and Brave wrote it.
"You'll never know what you're capable of if you don't try..."
Drew McIntyre defeated Seth Rollins to become the new World Heavyweight Champion at WrestleMania, but Damian Priest cashed in his Money in the Bank contract five minutes later to capture the title. Rollins made another appearance later in the night and interfered in the Undisputed WWE Championship match between Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns while sporting his classic ring attire from his time in The Shield.
Vince Russo believes WWE dropped the ball with Seth Rollins' exit
Former WWE writer Vince Russo recently took the promotion to task for how it handled Seth Rollins' hiatus.
Speaking on an episode of Sportskeeda Wrestling's UnSKripted earlier this year, Russo stated that Rollins and Rhodes should have had a promo following WrestleMania. He noted Rollins got nothing out of helping The American Nightmare, and it should have been established that he felt that way before taking a break.
"Rollins is, you know, gonna take a little time off. Probably both Rollins and Becky, okay. But bro, what they should have done is before Rollins took time off, there should have been some kind of a verbal exchange between him and Cody. Seth Rollins' story should be, bro I had your back and I protected you and I was your shield and quite frankly, I benefited nothing from that. As a matter of fact, not only did I benefit nothing, I lost my title. So you basically owe me. Give us that before he goes away! Then you know, bro, whenever he comes back, you know Seth is gunning for Cody." [9:19 onwards]

Seth Rollins had an impressive reign as World Heavyweight Champion before he was dethroned at WrestleMania XL. Only time will tell when the 38-year-old is cleared and able to return to WWE RAW.
