Prayers up for WWE Hall of Famer Torrie Wilson
Despite never winning a championship, Torrie Wilson is one of the most recognizable female wrestlers in WWE history. The former star has many unique accolades, having performed in the semi-main event of WrestleMania and posed on the cover of many lucrative magazines.
Since leaving WWE, Wilson has continued to work in fitness and remained active online, sharing many updates with her fans on social media, including the fact that she was recently forced to undergo surgery on her thumb.
While Wilson made it clear that the surgery went well, she went on to note that she was in a lot of pain after the procedure, which meant that she was given a nerve block. She then posted an Instagram story that showed that she had no feeling in her arm and that it was all stuck in a cast.
Wilson went on to post several updates where she revealed that she was given pain relief, but whatever it was, it didn't give her any relief, and because she was in so much pain, they had no choice but to give her a nerve block.
The surgery itself went well, but she will have to keep the cast on until it has completely healed.
Torrie Wilson was part of the Women's Evolution in WWE a few years ago
While Wilson left WWE more than a decade ago, she has since been called back several times to become part of the Hall of Fame and to be part of the Women's Evolution.
Torrie Wilson has wrestled several matches, including the 2018 and 2021 Royal Rumble and the Women's Battle Royal at Evolution back in 2018. She has proved several times that she still has what it takes to step into the ring with the current generation, and when her thumb finally heals, she could be ready to make another return.
