R-Truth makes major announcement following WWE RAW
Popular WWE star R-Truth made a major announcement today on social media. The veteran interfered in a high-stakes tag team match this past Monday night on WWE RAW in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Following this past Monday's edition of the red brand, R-Truth took to social media to promote his new song. The single is called "For Real," and the 52-year-old shared that the song would be released soon. The former champion added a preview of the track, which you can check out in his post below.
"New single "For Real" on the way!! @JTRX44 #TheWhiteAlbum #ForReal," he wrote.
The Miz betrayed his former tag team partner on the September 30 edition of RAW. The popular duo captured the World Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania XL but grew apart after dropping the titles.
Truth interfered in the tag team match between The Authors of Pain and The New Day this past Monday night. He helped Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston pick up the victory and advance in the tournament to determine The Judgment Day's next opponents for the World Tag Team Championship.
R-Truth claims major WWE Superstar is not retiring
WWE veteran R-Truth recently claimed that John Cena will not be retiring next year.
The Cenation Leader appeared at Money in the Bank earlier this year and announced that 2025 would be his final year in the ring. R-Truth hilariously refers to Cena as his childhood hero despite being several years older than him.
In an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling's Bill Apter earlier this year, the former United States Champion suggested that Cena would never retire. He noted that the 47-year-old's motto was "Never give up"; thus, he could never walk away from the ring.
"Absolutely not. You don't know the motto of my childhood hero? Never Give Up. Retiring is like giving up. I don't see Cena doing that. I don't feel that. Nobody's retiring Cena." [From 4:00 onwards]

The Final Testament and The Miz attacked R-Truth following his interference in the tag team match on WWE RAW. However, The Wyatt Sicks made the save, and Uncle Howdy went after The A-Lister.
Paul Ellering shoved The Miz out of the way, and Uncle Howdy applied the Mandible Claw to the legend. It will be fascinating to see what WWE has planned for the storyline in the weeks ahead.
