Randy Orton’s wife shares a private update amid WWE absence
Randy Orton has been out of action ever since Kevin Owens took him out to further his feud with Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes. His wife Kim Orton recently shared a wholesome Christmas update on Instagram.
It seems like The Viper has been enjoying time with his family while away and it doesn't look like he is positioned to be returning before early 2025. Some have speculated that WWE might want him for the early days of RAW on Netflix as he is one of the biggest superstars in the company.
His wife Kim Orton shared a private update with Randy Orton looking healthy as ever. In a seven-word message, she posted "All I want for Christmas is you."
Randy Orton wasn't allowed to do one thing by Vince McMahon, per Matt Riddle.
The Apex Predator likely enjoys more creative freedom than a majority of WWE superstars, if not more. This is, of course, due to his incredible longevity in the business as he has now crossed 20 years and has publicly stated that he wants to hit the number 30.
However, there were still some things that were off limits, even for a legend of his stature. On Developmentally Speaking, his ex-partner Matt Riddle revealed that Vince McMahon wouldn't let Randy Orton ride a camel.
"I remember when we were in Saudi and I rode the camel and Randy was like, 'I wanna ride a camel,' and I was like, 'Yeah, Randy! Get Randy on a camel.' And then Vince was like, 'No,' and Randy's like, 'Why not?' He's like, 'Because your character wouldn't ride a camel.' What a simple answer, you know?" [From 26:02 – 26:24]
While it certainly would have been odd to see, we have to agree with McMahon on this one. Even as a part of the unserious RK-Bro duo, it would have been very out-of-character to ride a camel onto the stage. With Riddle, it's quite the opposite.
