Reason why WWE officials were left "puzzled" by Seth Rollins-Bronson Reed segment on RAW (Exclusive)
Seth Rollins and Bronson Reed had an incredible brawl on the October 28 episode of RAW. It ended with Reed standing tall. However, there was a moment that was noticed by some that reportedly left some WWE officials puzzled.
This past week on RAW, Seth Rollins hit one of the most incredible stomps you'll see as Bronson Reed was slammed into the hood of a car. However, he quickly recovered and threw a trash can on Rollins before hitting a Tsunami on him. What went unnoticed by most is that they landed on boxes of foam and bubblewrap. This was supposedly not meant to happen.
On WrestleVotes Radio exclusively on Backstage Pass, it was reported by JoeyVotes and TC that some WWE officials were left "puzzled" by the fact that there was foam and bubblewrap. It was a case of some production team members unintentionally leaving that there and there is no heat on them for it. There is also reportedly no heat on Bobby Roode, who produced the segment.
An ex-WWE writer wasn't too happy with Seth Rollins for his brawl with Bronson Reed
Although the segment between Rollins and Reed received a lot of praise for an impactful go-home segment before their match at Crown Jewel, ex-WWE writer Vince Russo thought that The Visionary could've done better.
On Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW podcast, Vince Russo said Seth Rollins' punches looked weak during the interaction.
"I dare you. That was horrible. I don't know how long this guy has been in the business, bro, if you're Bronson Reed and Bronson Reed is never going to say anything because he is below Rollins on the food chain, but what you don't understand is that you're making that monster look weak," Vince Russo said. Russo suggested that Bronson Reed should've cut a promo after telling Rollins that he needed to hit harder to put him down, implying that he could've gone impromptu in that moment.
