Rhea Ripley reveals what made her join The Judgment Day
Rhea Ripley joined The Judgment Day in May 2022. The Nightmare established herself at the top of the women's division during her stint with the heel faction. She won the Women's World Title at WrestleMania 39.
However, Mami and Damian Priest were booted out of the faction at SummerSlam 2024.
In a recent interaction with Casual Conversations with The Classic, Rhea Ripley revealed what made her join The Judgment Day.
“I started talking to him [Damian Priest], and we found out that we had so much in common. We loved the same sort of music, the same sort of style, I don't know; we just bonded over a whole bunch of stuff, and he's a goofy dude. As much as he doesn't like to say it, he's a goofy dude, and I'm pretty goofy, too. We're just two goofballs together. When Edge came to me talking about The Judgment Day, knowing that Priest was in it was pretty much like a solid choice for me. I was like, 'Okay, I'm down 100%!"' she said.
Meanwhile, Rhea will challenge Liv Morgan for the Women's World Title at Bad Blood 2024. It will be interesting to see if she regains the gold next month.
