Rhea Ripley addresses her relationship with major superstar ahead of WWE Bash in Berlin
Rhea Ripley is set to compete tonight at WWE Bash in Berlin. Ahead of the Premium Live Event, The Eradicator addressed her relationship with a former World Heavyweight Champion.
The superstar in question is none other than Damian Priest. Like Ripley, The Archer of Infamy was betrayed by The Judgment Day at SummerSlam. The Terror Twins have since been feuding with their former group. The Nightmare and The Punisher will team up tonight to square off against the Women's World Champion Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio in a Mixed Tag Team Match at Bash in Berlin.
In an interview with Denise Salcedo on Instinct Culture ahead of tonight's clash, the Australian Superstar opened up about her close bond with her tag team partner. She stated that their relationship has gotten stronger.
"Well, we were friends way before The Judgment Day. We became friends in NXT. We had a close bond because we listen to the same music; we dress the same; I've worn this man's gear to wrestle when my gear disappeared. So, when we joined The Judgment Day, it only felt right, you know, because we were already best friends. Like we had our orientation coming up to the main roster together. I've known this man for a very long time, and the bond's just gone stronger," she said. [0:23-0:49]
Ex-WWE host thinks Rhea Ripley will pin Liv Morgan at Bash in Berlin
During a recent episode of The Wrestling Matt podcast, former WWE host Matt Camp discussed the upcoming battle between The Terror Twins and The Judgment Day's Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio.
Camp predicted Rhea Ripley would pin The Miracle Kid to set up a SummerSlam rematch for the title, potentially inside Hell in a Cell, at WWE Bad Blood.
"I would think you set up the Rhea [vs.] Liv rematch for Bad Blood, potentially Hell in a Cell. Some kind of big gimmick match. I don't know if you go Priest [vs.] Dom or Priest [vs.] Finn next month. But I would have to think that Rhea gets the pin on Liv to set up the rematch," he said.
The Terror Twins have been seeking revenge on The Judgment Day since WWE SummerSlam. It will be interesting to see if they accomplish their mission tonight in the German capital.
