Rhea Ripley finally breaks silence toward Liv Morgan as their SummerSlam match is confirmed on RAW
Everybody wanted to know what Rhea Ripley would have to say, once returned to WWE after three months. In her first promo back, she finally broke her silence toward Liv Morgan and sent a crucial message.
This week, the former Women's World Champion opened the show. Last week, she came right in the end - but considering there was no time left, there was no plan made for her to cut a promo. This week, she finally spoke for the first time.
While being completely cold to Dominik Mysterio, she had a back-and-forth promo with Liv Morgan, who of course, wasn't physically present. Rhea Ripley issued a challenge for SummerSlam, and Morgan said that she knew the endgame was a match between them, so she accepted her match. Mami for her part, said she was going to end Liv's career.
For Dirty Dom, he's in the doghouse and doesn't look like he's going to be getting out any time soon. Although he tried apologizing with flowers, Ripley didn't even acknowledge his presence beyond throwing his gifts back at him and not allowing him in the room backstage.
Damian Priest watched on while grinning, fully understanding that Dominik was simply suffering the consequences of his own actions.
As for Liv Morgan, she has her toughest title challenge and possibly the biggest match of her career, against Rhea Ripley at SummerSlam. Only time will tell who walks out of The Biggest Event of the Summer with the Women's World Championship.
