Rhea Ripley possibly suffers a serious injury at SummerSlam; has to violently fix it temporarily

Rhea Ripley possibly suffered a serious injury at SummerSlam. Apart from the heartbreak she suffered, she also had to find a violent temporary solution to the physical pain.

During the opening bout against Liv Morgan, the challenger Rhea Ripley suffered a shoulder injury. It was, presumably, a worked injury. Regardless, it had a direct impact on the rest of the match.

There came a point after Dominik Mysterio took a suicide dive for Rhea Ripley. In a freak moment, The Eradicator would violently barge into the commentary desk to pop her shoulder back in.

It unfortunately wasn't enough to do the trick for Rhea to win the match. That was thanks to 'Dirty' Dom, who directly impacted the finish as he not only helped Liv Morgan win, but he kissed her in front of Mami to cement his betrayal.

The fallout from all of this is going to be immense. Damian Priest seemed to be the most angry out of everyone in the immediate aftermath of it - being ready to destroy Dominik.

As for Rhea, there's no word on the status of her shoulder yet. However, we imagine we'll get more updates in the coming day or two.
