Rhea Ripley says 3-time WWE champion has no impact and can't stop the inevitable
Rhea Ripley earned another opportunity at the Women's World Championship when she pinned Liv Morgan in Berlin. Mami recently spoke about her upcoming title match and stated that three-time WWE champion Dominik Mysterio has no impact and couldn't stop the inevitable when she reclaims her title in Atlanta.
Earlier this year, Rhea Ripley went on a hiatus, and a lot changed with The Judgment Day when she returned to the red brand. One of which was Dominik Mysterio's loyalty towards Mami, as he picked Finn Balor and Liv Morgan over her and Damian Priest.
Ahead of her upcoming title match in Atlanta at WWE Bad Blood, Mami addressed Dominik Mysterio's impact on the match. She stated the former two-time North American and one-time SmackDown Tag Team Champion would have no impact on her match, and he couldn't stop the inevitable at the event.
"I don't think Dom [Mysterio] has any impact, but the one thing is, he's slimy, he's greasy, and he's dirty. So, lately, he's been finding ways to cheat for his blonde girlfriend, which I don't know where they came from because he never had to do that with me. So, actually, he's using a little bit of brain, which is nice to see, but it's not going to stop the inevitable," Ripley said. [From 00:46 - 1:16]
She added:
"At the end of the day, at Bad Blood, Mami's walking out champion. Liv [Morgan] can't run anymore. She can't hide. She ain't going to have Dom to help her," Ripley said. [From 1:16 to 01:25]

Did Dominik Mysterio get involved in Rhea Ripley's title defenses in WWE?
In 2023, Rhea Ripley punched her ticket to WrestleMania in California, where she dethroned Charlotte Flair and became the SmackDown Women's Champion. The title was later rebranded as the Women's World Championship, and Mami's reign remained intact.
The 27-year-old star had a handful of televised title defenses in 380 days before she relinquished the title. During this reign, Dominik Mysterio often appeared ringside to accompany Mami in title matches.
However, the second-generation star was only ever involved in an instance or two, and Ripley often won the match on her own accord. Unfortunately, the same couldn't be said for Liv Morgan's title reign.
A majority of Liv Morgan's title matches have had interference from Dominik Mysterio. From winning the title from Becky Lynch to facing Rhea Ripley at WWE SummerSlam 2024, Mysterio played a crucial part in the match's outcome.
