Rhea Ripley seemingly teases potential addition to the Royal Rumble
WWE RAW star Rhea Ripley has teased a very interesting addition to this year's Women's Royal Rumble match.
The premium live event will air live on January 27 from Tropicana Field in Tampa Bay, Florida. Rhea Ripley was the first entrant in the Women's Royal Rumble match last year and managed to go the distance. She eliminated Liv Morgan to win last year's Royal Rumble and went on to defeat Charlotte Flair during Night 1 of WrestleMania 39 in Los Angeles to become champion.
Ripley has been dominant as champion and recently defeated Ivy Nile on WWE RAW to retain the title. The Judgment Day member confronted Nia Jax this past Monday night on RAW after The Irresistible Force picked up an impressive pinfall victory over Becky Lynch on the Day 1 edition of the red brand.
Ahead of tonight's edition of SmackDown, The Eradicator took to her Instagram story to repost a humorous video from a fan. In the video, the fan acts out a superstar's reaction if they thought they had won and Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley turned out to be the 30th entrant in the match. As of now, Ripley is not scheduled for a title defense at the premium live event and could compete in the Women's Royal Rumble once again.
Rhea Ripley sends warning to WWE RAW star
R-Truth returned to WWE at Survivor Series after spending more than a year on the shelf with a torn quad.
The 51-year-old has convinced himself that he is a part of The Judgment Day faction and simply will not take no for an answer. He has been a thorn in the faction's side ever since his return and continues to bother them on a daily basis on social media.
Rhea Ripley shared an image with JD McDonagh and Damian Priest while the stablemates were enjoying lunch together. However, R-Truth was spotted in the background, and Ripley wanted the veteran to stay away from the faction:
"WHERE DO YOU KEEP COMING FROM?!?! Go away! 😒," she posted.
Rhea Ripley has already established herself as a generational talent in WWE. It will be interesting to see if anyone can dethrone her of the Women's World Championship in 2024.
