Ric Flair announces his relationship with fifth wife has ended
Ric Flair announced that his relationship with his fifth wife had ended today on social media. The Nature Boy was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2008.
Flair took to social media today to announce that his marriage with Wendy Barlow has come to an end. The two were married in 2018 but spent 13 years together in total. The 75-year-old took to Instagram to announce that he and Barlow have decided to respectfully part ways.
"Wendy and I enjoyed 13 great years. As with every couple, we have experienced our ups and downs. I think it's important for everyone to know right now that we have decided to part ways respectfully. I'll never be able to thank her enough for standing by my side through my terrible health crisis in 2017. She never left my side! And for that I will always be grateful! We both are working on different projects at the current time and it becomes difficult with my schedule and her schedule to make this work. I wish her the best of luck with her projects, and I know that she supports mine!" wrote Flair.
Former WWE manager challenges Ric Flair to a farewell match
Wrestling legend Dutch Mantell recently challenged Ric Flair to a retirement match with a unique stipulation.
Speaking on a recent episode of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk show, Mantell challenged Flair to a match. The veteran suggested they compete in a "First Man Standing" match, where the first person to stand up is named the winner.
"I'll challenge Ric Flair to a match. My last match too by the way. This will be Flair's last match. It's called First Man Standing. We'll just get two chairs and put it in the ring and the first man to his feet wins. I'll just need a TV so I can watch Netflix and all that. Just get Ric a case of beer so he can sit there and knock that down. Both of us will see if we can get up, move around and just get out of the ring. So, that's my challenge to Ric Flair." [From 58:21 onwards]

Flair has not competed in a match since teaming up with Andrade El Idolo to defeat Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal at the Ric Flair's Last Match event on July 31, 2022.
