Ric Flair publicly asked by veteran to pay back $41,000

Two-time WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair received a request from a major wrestling personality on Twitter/X. Former Ring of Honor owner Cary Silkin asked The Nature Boy to pay a large amount of money he allegedly owes.

Flair has had his fair share of controversies during his decades-long pro wrestling career. Recently, he made waves by posting a tweet about someone he had supported by sacrificing "millions" of dollars.

Shortly after, Ric Flair posted a clarification on his X/Twitter handle, clarifying that he wasn't referring to a woman. Many fans were confused, as The Nature Boy had referred to the person in question as "her" in his original post. Unfortunately, the drama didn't end there.

Flair's second tweet received a response from American professional wrestling promoter Cary Silkin. Here's what the ROH Hall of Famer wrote in his tweet directed at Flair.

"Please pay me back th 41K you owe me for failing to appear at 4 signing. sincerely Cary Silkin," he wrote.

Cary Silkin posted another tweet about Ric Flair shortly after

A fan replied to Silkin's tweet and told him to "get his a**," and the latter posted another tweet in response. He wrote that Flair was one of his greatest heroes in wrestling, and he turned out to be a sc*mbag.

Check out his full comment below:

"That was the thing one of my greatest wrestling heroes turned out to be the lowest scu*bag all the people I dealt with. Nobody scr*wed me. We’re talking Brett Hart Bruno Bobby Hennan Mick Foley Ricky steamboat Dusty Rhodes. Everybody was a pleasure except @RicFlairNatrBoy," he wrote.

Flair hasn't responded to Cary Silkin's request yet. Stay tuned for more updates on this situation in case The Nature Boy responds to Silkin's tweet aimed at him.
