Ric Flair has spoken up now about a legendary wrestler needing assistance. He posted a heartbreaking message on social media asking the star to return to good health as soon as possible.
WCW and wrestling legend Kevin Sullivan has found himself facing a critical medical emergency. His family revealed in a GoFundMe post that on May 12, the legend suffered an accident while in Florida to sign autographs. He needed to go through immediate surgery, and that saved his leg and life but left him facing complications, which also included Sepsis and encephalitis. The GoFundMe was set up to cover all the expenses that would be needed for his recovery.
In the latest update on July 16, it was revealed that he was regaining physical strength and needed daily physical therapy to regain his independence.
Ric Flair spoke about the matter and said that Sullivan was one of his closest friends in the wrestling business. He went on to call him one of the greatest minds in the business.
The Nature Boy also said that Sullivan's guidance led WCW to win over WWE for a long time. He went on to send a heartbreaking appeal to the legend, asking him to stay strong and saying that they needed him.
