Rick Steiner on one thing Bron Breakker must improve in WWE (Exclusive)
Rick Steiner watched Bron Breakker win the Intercontinental Championship from Sami Zayn at WWE SummerSlam on August 3. In an exclusive interview, the wrestling legend offered his opinion on what his son can do to improve his WWE performances.
Steiner was known for his in-ring physicality and unique offense while teaming with his brother Scott in WCW and WWE. Similarly, Breakker uses his freakish power and speed to set himself apart from the rest of the RAW roster.
Speaking to Sportskeeda Wrestling Senior Editor Bill Apter, Steiner mentioned how Breakker could slightly adjust his moveset. He also joked that his son stole moves from himself and Scott:
"Well, just some of the things, some of the moves that he stole from my brother and I," Steiner said. "Stole. Stole! Stole!" [2:09 – 2:17]
Discussing specific moves in Breakker's repertoire, Steiner added that the 26-year-old only needs to make small tweaks to what he is already doing:
"Just perfecting the basics, like laying that clothesline in, take someone's head down. The Frankensteiner, it seems like he's getting down. That spear, he's getting down. He's quick. A lot of things he's got down. It's just those few little things. He perfects everything." [2:29 – 2:48]

Rick Steiner on Bron Breakker's work ethic
Before signing with WWE in 2021, Bron Breakker played football for several years. He also competed as an amateur wrestler.
Rick Steiner had nothing but good things to say about the new Intercontinental Champion's determination to succeed at everything he does:
"In football days, you'd send him out there and he'd run somebody over, do this, do that. He'd go out there, he did his job, put his nose down. He's a hard worker. He's a good athlete. I knew sooner or later he was gonna choose something and perfect it, and he did, and he likes wrestling." [3:02 – 3:24]
Breakker's next match on WWE television will take place on the August 12 episode of RAW. He will defend the Intercontinental Championship against Sami Zayn in a 2-out-of-3 Falls Match.
