The Wild Samoans dominated the competition for several years, as Afa and Sika Anao'i captured over 20 championships during their illustrious career as a tag team. Afa and Sika appeared on WWE television when they anointed Roman Reigns as The Tribal Chief in 2020.
The untimely passing of Sika Anoa'i left many across the globe speechless. Recently, WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi paid another tribute to his late uncle after a tribute video was showcased on Friday Night SmackDown in the WWE Hall of Famer's honor.
"ππΎπ©ΈβπΎ Fly High Uncle," Rikishi wrote.
The Bloodline made a massive change on WWE SmackDown
Since its inception, The Bloodline followed a set pattern when it came to the members of the faction. When Paul Heyman and Roman Reigns started the group, Jey Uso became the right-hand man and Solo Sikoa became the enforcer. The group also had Jimmy Uso and Sami Zayn who played crucial roles.
However, the faction completely changed after WrestleMania XL in Philadelphia when Roman Reigns went on a hiatus. In the former Undisputed WWE Universal Champion's absence, Solo Sikoa has been doing everything in his power to make the faction better and stronger with the addition of Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa.
The changes and the group's direction has never sat well with Paul Heyman as The Wiseman never got official confirmation from Roman Reigns about the changes made by Solo Sikoa. However, Sikoa took it further by threatening to kick Heyman out of the faction.
On last night's episode of Friday Night SmackDown from Madison Square Garden, Paul Heyman went against Solo Sikoa's Bloodline and refused to acknowledge him as The Tribal Chief. A furious Sikoa gave the marching orders and the stable put The Wiseman through the announce desk.
In 2021, Paul Heyman was attacked by Roman Reigns and The Usos when The Tribal Chief feuded with Brock Lesnar. However, it was all a ruse by the faction as Heyman cost The Beast Incarnate and returned to The Bloodline as The Wiseman.
